It's a wedding. We have a small videography budget so traditional/popular videographers are out of our budget.

I’m looking for someone to organise thousands of photos and videos in Apple Photos on my Mac. I’ve already started creating folders and albums, but the system has become inconsistent, with duplicate categories, unclear names and unfinished sorting albums. The content includes weddings, corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs, school events, birthdays, photo booths, venues, DJs and live musicians. The goal is to build a strong, organised marketing library that my team can easily use for social media, website content, brochures, ads and video editing. The work includes: * Reviewing and simplifying the current structure * Merging duplicate or overlapping albums * Renaming albums consistently * Sorting photos and videos into clear categories * Separating full event archives from the best marketing content * Creating easy-to-use albums for socials, website, ads and video footage * Flagging the strongest photos and clips from each event * Moving unclear content into a temporary “To Sort” section * Removing obvious duplicates only after checking with me * Creating a system that is simple to maintain Experience with Apple Photos and macOS is required. Photography, videography or content creation experience is strongly preferred, as I need someone who can recognise strong marketing images and useful footage. In-person in Melbourne is preferred, though remote screen sharing may suit the right person. The listed price is for the first 3 hours. We’ll review the library, agree on the structure and begin sorting. There may be more work afterwards. Please include your relevant experience, location and hourly rate.

The video has to shoot at Brighton beach, it'll take maximum 2 hours

Film an auction in Glen Iris at 10 am - you need to have an iPhone and will need to film on good settings - 4K etc. Must be there at 10 am - should take about 20 mins

The show is a candlelight concert tribute to Dolly Parton, performed with 3 vocalists and a string quartet. It will be at the Royal Brighton Yacht Club. The stage lighting, digital backdrop and the hundreds of e-candles around the stage and room should make it visually beautiful footage to capture. I only need the footage captured. The videographer will need to supply the camera and tripod. I will supply the SD card which I will take back at the end, as I will edit the video myself.

re-advertising as i was delayed due to a personal matter. i would like various professional photos taken of a house, inside and outside, day and night, as well as drone videos of the property. will also require a floor-plan of the property and house. i would expect around 100 photos to be taken with 20 best photos to be touched-up. all other photos to be provided, without watermarks or restrictions of use. photos become ownership of property owner. raw images as well to be provided. can do this week or next week preferred if you can. neighbouring properties to be blurred out in any photos, some free of charge stock photos of the area to be provided as well as some street shots etc. all inclusive fees. no extra charges. property is in malvern east. please only reply if you can do the whole job. thanks
