Location Laverton North & Elsternwick, Melbourne Some work-from-home flexibility What You'll Be Doing Attend filming sessions at our factory and stores (approximately 2 hours per session). Capture behind-the-scenes footage, product displays, food preparation, staff and customer interactions. Film interviews and talking-to-camera content using your own equipment. Work with video and photo content supplied by our team. Edit each session into a minimum of 6 short-form videos suitable for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Add captions, text overlays and other elements where appropriate. Contribute ideas to help grow our social media presence and tell our story. What We're Looking For Experience creating and editing short-form social media content. Strong filming, editing and storytelling skills. Confidence capturing quality video and audio. A creative eye for composition, lighting and engaging content. Someone reliable, organised and able to work independently. An appreciation for family businesses and authentic brand storytelling.
