After a windows automatic update from windows 10 to 11. The laptop stopped working. Doesnt even start up, enters bitkeylocker, i have the correct key and later goes automatic repair, later in advanced mode (blue screen). I have tried mostly everything on the advanced options, luckly i have the data stored in the cloud. I tried doing a fresh installation with usb flash drive it doesnt even boot from usb. I have entred the boot menu and edited the boot order, no luck. I have contacted windows team they have given me some codes related to command prompt to unlock the bitkey, manage-bde -status c:, this shows it is locked. Tried this to unclok using the command-manage-bde -unlock c: -(your 48-digit recovery password). It still doesnt work. Now i want a clean installation or open the old version on the pc. Depening on the cost.i am flexible can take it with in brisbane.
