Scope of work includes: • Internal wall (gyprock): There is a small hole approximately the size of a golf ball near the skirting board. This needs to be properly patched (gyprock repair), sanded smooth so it’s undetectable, and then painted to blend with the existing wall. • External door jamb (new): A newly installed external door jamb has visible nail holes and fixing points. These need to be filled, sanded, and painted for a clean finish. • External door: The door itself has minor imperfections and marks that require light patching, sanding, and repainting. Photos are attached so you can clearly see what needs to be done. The expectation is a neat, professional finish with no visible patches once completed. Paint will be provided by me.

Hi, I’ve attempted to hang an external door myself but I can’t get it to close properly. Not sure if the frame or house is slightly out of alignment, but the door won’t sit or shut the way it should. Looking for someone experienced with door hanging to come by, check the frame, adjust/trim the door if needed, and get it closing smoothly. Need a mobile electrician to fix my Estma sliding door which does not work

There are two sliding doors with large air gaps I want filled with expanding foam. 1 side of 1 door is done so only 3 to do. Will need to be white siliconed over and another area of the door will require black silicone

One is screen door, there is more gap between upper hinge of the scree door and the frame, lesser gap in the lower hinge. In the second and third photoes, they are taken from inside of the house, the second photo shows that in the top right corner there is no gap between the screen door and the frame, the third photo shows that in the bottom right corner there are few mm gap. Second is bedroom door, there is more gap on the lever handle side, less gap on hinge side. Even the door is locked, it still can be opened from bedroom outside. Both issue needs to be fixed together.
