We have attempted to do this ourselves but one of the plugs is stuck in the screw hole, so we can’t put the hinge inside and need some assistance with this. The large heavy sliding doors require fixing or replacing. The doors are stuck open and sometimes run off the track half falling off. Happy to purchase what is required when advised.

In recent heavy rains we have had issues with a window leaking from various points in the top of the frame - seems to specifically be getting through between frame and windowsill. Suspected roof leak is causing the issue as there doesn't appear to our untrained eyes that the water could be getting in from the outside of the window frame. Given there is more heavy rain predicted we're hoping to at least get a temporary solution to stop water pouring through the centre of the frame in really heavy downpours.
