We have an extended rumpus room and behind that we have a laundry. We have recently put in a new toilet and we would really love internal access to the laundry. Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.
