We need to repair and paint existing door jambs and architraves in oil based enamel. Sand door jamb and architraves as required. The below details are from a quote from someone else that looked at it but can’t get it done before Christmas. We need this done before Christmas. The architraves may be MDF and not able to be repaired. IF architraves are MDF, remove and dispose of Supply & install new pine architraves Apply builders bog and shape as required Apply 2 coats of stain blocker oil based primer Apply 2 coats of oil based enamel paint. If supply & install of new architraves is required for 2x door jambs (toilet door, shower door). If necessary to replace, add $250 to the quote.
