Hi, I need help with my balcony sliding door in my apartment in Sydney. The door doesn’t close flush with the frame — it seems like something is stuck underneath the track or misaligned. I’m unable to close it fully and it leaves a gap. What I need done: >Inspect and identify what’s causing the obstruction or misalignment >Remove any debris or fix alignment

The bathroom slider door has come off loose. Need it fixed. It still slides, the screw on top right corner has come off so the glass panel is slightly tilted as shown in the photos

Looking for someone to install a lock (drop bolt or similar) on my garage door. The door is hollow and will need a backing plate or some reinforcement for installation.

Install new x 7 Solid Core (Corenthian HMR solid particleboard core) doors. 2040 x 820 x 35. Ensure smooth operation, alignment, no scrapping etc. Install door levers / handles. IMPORTANT NOTES: Doors jambs appear to be standard size 2040 x 820 however the odd door may need some minor trimming. It's an old house, not much is square, so i cant rule it out is all im saying. Existing door jambs are metal with 2 internal welded hinges (house built in 1979). See attached pictures. I am not sure if an additional hinge will be required to support the extra weight of these solid core doors. I propose to install with larger/stronger screws using existing 2 hinges first then assess if it seems OK. I think it will be. For example 10G 30mm. I have some Otter 10G x 30mm Satin Chrome Hinge Screws from Bunnings that can be used or if you have better recommendation please advise. The door jamb are very solid as all walls including internal are block/brick. As the door core is particleboard, you must ensure to always drill appropriate pilot holes first. Painting not required (will be done later). Disposal of old doors not required, although you are welcome to offer if nominal fee. I will supply: - The new doors - Door handles/levers - I can provide other items if advised in advance. - I can assist with lifting/holding doors on request. I have three doors, installing rubber matts on floors, now door won’t close, need to pull doors off, trim the bottom and re-install so will clear floor and close properly. Note some screws to take off doors a little stubborn.

I require a new outdoor door to be installed to replace an existing door that has rotten, which leads to a garage storage room. The door is mini sized door and approximately 735 mm x 1350 mm. We will require a lock to be installed. You can re use vent on existing door to place on the new door. Green skin outdoor door is fine. We can paint at a later stage.
