I have an internal black aluminium door that is slightly catching the ceiling in one of the top corners both horizontally and vertically which is preventing it from closing properly. Will need someone who has experience with aluminium doors. Also the height of the door is quite high - around 3m so please bring a ladder

There is a straight crack running horizontal to our outdoor wall (double brick and rendered) Hoping to get it cosmetically patched up as close to the same rendered wall colour and texture as possible. IMPORTANT NOTES: Doors jambs appear to be standard size 2040 x 820 however the odd door may need some minor trimming. It's an old house, not much is square, so i cant rule it out is all im saying. Existing door jambs are metal with 2 internal welded hinges (house built in 1979). See attached pictures. I am not sure if an additional hinge will be required to support the extra weight of these solid core doors. I propose to install with larger/stronger screws using existing 2 hinges first then assess if it seems OK. I think it will be. For example 10G 30mm. I have some Otter 10G x 30mm Satin Chrome Hinge Screws from Bunnings that can be used or if you have better recommendation please advise. The door jamb are very solid as all walls including internal are block/brick. As the door core is particleboard, you must ensure to always drill appropriate pilot holes first. Painting not required (will be done later). Disposal of old doors not required, although you are welcome to offer if nominal fee.
