Door frame broken where it locks

Looking for someone to install a pad lock on a garage door for extra support. This could lead to a neighbour also wanting their door done. The price is just for listing purposes. Refer to the images for the type of lock I'm looking for. Open to you providing the lock as per your recommendation. I am awaiting the real estate's approval so please be patient if I don't reply immediately.

Door screws came loose in top hinge and eventually came out. Both hinges need new placements into door frame and into door. Screws likely required. Tools required too (chisel probably?)

Hang two doors on a plastic lifetime shed the hinges are screwed onto metal hollow rods so a metal bed would be required
