The door to the pool shed outside needs to be replaced as it has rotted at the bottom. (This door is 720mm wide and 1950mm high) One of the external doors from the house is badly stuck. I do not know if it needs repairing or replacing. (This door is 820mm wide and 2050mm high although it is hard to tell exactly as I can’t open it).

We’re looking at removing the existing hinged door, then building a short return wall on the left-hand side to house a cavity sliding door system. The new wall will be framed, sheeted, flushed, and blended in with the existing wall. A cavity slider kit and new door leaf will be installed so the door slides neatly into the new wall instead of swinging into the room. The new wall will only cover the left hand side and the door if its depth is above 115mm. Other wise it could go to the right wall.
