Our internal door to garage needs fixing, the section of frame where strike plate is, the wood frame has been cut out too much, ideally we can replace just that section of wood, please see highlighted photo, but please advise if you have a professional opinion. The door itself where lock is installed also has chipped wood, open to suggestion to fix or improve this. Drill a hole on a window

The garage door bracket has snapped (pulled itself out of roof). The motor runs fine but the door will now not hang/close properly. There are also several rivets missing from the panels hence the door sags in parts (see photos). It needs a capable handyman to remount the ceiling bracket (including possible plaster work) albeit mounting it and replacing missing rivets is the priority
