Bench Top Installation • The benchtop slab is already on-site — just needs proper fitting, levelling, and securing. 2. Wall Repair • Patch and repair a section of the wall where the render has been removed and brickwork is exposed. • Re-render and make the wall smooth and paint-ready. • Neaten up the corner area so it looks clean and finished. 3. Clean Up • Leave the area tidy and clean if it’s possible Photos attached for reference. Please quote for labour + any materials needed (except the stone slab, which I already have). My ATA GDO6v2 garage door works perfectly. Opening and closing no problem. But on really cold days closing is slow and sometimes doesn't fully close. Manual says to spray silicon spray in moving parts which I've done. How to Adjust: On the ATA GDO-6v2/v3, you can adjust the force margin by holding the Force Margin Set button (white) and pressing either the OPEN or CLOSE buttons. Setting the Adjustment: Hold the button to increase the force margin, which will give the motor more power to close the door. But I'm scared to touch these buttons As this is a quick job of pressing a few buttons, it won't take long to do. If problem not fixed I will still pay and get a quote from ATA

One of the screw is out and door is unstable, washers are coming out. Tighten the screw. Replace the door closer with new one. Install new weather seal at the bottom of the door I will supply new door closer and weather seal.
