Hello! We are in a bit of a pickle- our outdoor umbrella (cream coloured photo attached) was absolutely ruined during this years winter storms and really need to replace before it becomes hot! We have an umbrella in mind- the base looks the same as the current one so I’m hoping it’s a case of taking the old one out and replacing with the new one! Just after someone who is able to remove the old one and pop the new one in? (New one is the navy umbrella photo attached). If anyone thinks it won’t work or has suggestions on a different umbrella, please feel free to let me know! Thank you so much!

I had a mirror stuck on the wardrobe with double sided tape and when I removed the mirror it took some of the covering with it. Could anyone patch it replace the covering on this sliding door?

Front terrace of house has poly carbonate sheets as the roof. Several screws have already been removed but there are more to remove to completely take off the roof. I have ladder and cordless drill and correct bit if needed. 3 rows of screws per sheet.There are about 20 full-size sheets and about 7 small corner ones which will only have few screws in them. I can assist with sheets as they are handed down and stacked.

I replaced the roller latch for my linen closet but didn't realise it could be adjusted to protrude less. Having closed the door, I now can't open it again. I am hoping this might be an easy fix for someone with the right tools.
