Our zip tap machine often over heats in this small cabinet. We want to put on a black vent on the face of the cabinet door to let the hot air come out. We haven’t bought a vent yet.

We have an old Queenslander and a bedroom door has come off its hinge. This will need repair, with the screws replaced by something more suitable- holes may need filling and redrilling- not sure! The current door and frame need to be taken out including the side glasses and install two panel glass sliding door with sliding fly screen. Quote with material and labour charges. Dimension are 150cm wide and 215cm height.

Hi! We need a handyman who is able to fix a sliding door that is stiff to move when closing towards the end of the track. We also need a new handle and lock maybe? and a flyscreen. Previous tenants have left it in pretty bad shape but I will give it a good clean so it is more comfortable for the handyman when they come! Thanks heaps!

Bedroom sliding door: 236cm x205cm (approximately) glass doors. It needs a new handle and lock (both missing). The bolt down below is rusted and unlockable. The entire door is extremely difficult to move. (It is possibly stuck with metal on metal where rollers were supposed to be...I can't move it very well) so needs to be repaired. -1x fly screen for bedroom door. 118cm W x 205cm H (approximately this space, we should allow extra for fitting it). -Bedroom blinds/curtains 242cm x 210cm The blinds = inoperable. The string is snapped so needs to be repaired/replaced. -light blocking curtains for the bedroom. full pull across floor length ones to fit the measurement 242cm L x 210cm H approximately. -Living room side window Fly screen needed for the window. 60cmx84cm size approximately (should allow extra perimeter for installing). -Blinds on living room side window Broken from string. Cannot use a the moment so needs to be repaired/replaced 118.5cmx100cm. -Kitchen blind Broken from string. Cannot use up and down function so needs to be repaired/replaced 150cmx140cm

Install kitchen cupboard door, hardware for hinges supplied just need to install hinges onto door and fit to cupboard

Fix hinge on cupboard door. The top hinge is good but on the bottom hinge the screw has fallen out. I’m not sure if this old hinge can be fixed, of if you will need to buy a new hinge. The photos show the screw that fell out. Maybe you can just replace that old screw with a new screw?

Need a sliding ensuite door fixed. Has gotten difficult to close without really forcing it - so the track may need repair/replacement Photos added - one showing the general top of the door/track. The other shows the front joint which appears to have opened up and stopped the door from closing

Brick laying for 2 window sills and removal and relay of existing bathroom and toilet sills. Bricks supplied. You will need to provide cutting tools and any other tools to complete job. - Due date: Before Friday, 5 January 2024
