The lock of the door need to get adjusted

The door is not fitting well under the lock (Bottom Half) and looks like it has been affected by moisture. Therefore looking at removing hinges and sandpapering or grinding it to make it fit better. Current Lock works well . The frame is metallic (magnet sticks ) and the door is held by 4inch long X two hinges. The hinges have 4 screw holes. There is some corrosion to the frame on the lower half which is also shown but not affecting hinge itself.
