Screw sheared off the bracket that sits int the top of the front door, that clamps around the pivot mechanism that is fixed to the door frame. Pivot mechanism is a Hafele "hold open" type.

Nice bloke. Good old-fashioned service where he actually gives a stuff about ensuring the job is done right.
