DOOR FRAME IS OLD SO ITS NOT LOCKING ANYMORE , Back and Front both door needed to be fix

Bottom exterior sill is rotten and needs replacing

It is a bathroom main wooden door frame. It seems like a Moisture obsorption on the door frame edges specially bottom corner.So not able to close the door.

Part of the sill is rotten and some has been patched up but whole sill needs replacing

This roller door has come off its track and it won't close. Hubby is too busy to fix it today but it's driving me crazy because the light comes in too early in the morning. Someone who knows what they're doing should be able to fix it I think. It's getting stuck at half way.
