Our Superlift garage door has stopped working. The door itself seems fine, as we can manually open and close it, however the motor appears to be faulty. Previously, it would start closing, buckle, and then fall back down. Now, it only goes halfway down before reversing and opening again.

Remove existing windows, bricks etc and supply and install bifold doors or sliding doors opening to the garden area. And clean as go. Need 2 quotation: 1 for sliding doors with screen sliding door and another or bifold door with screen that opens all the way.

There is a very small hole on the door which I need to get fixed as part of the end of lease and then repaint over the area/door

I am planning to install sliding doors on both sides as shown in the pictures with rough dimensions. Dimensions : 1 side : 2.45m(length) X 2.12m ( width) 2 side : 3m (length) X 2m (Width) Note: these are rough dimensions ( almost close )

We have some windows where old security bars have been removed, but metal bolts/brackets are still embedded in the exterior wall (see photos). There are approximately 4-6 fixings per window (around 30 total). The main entrance door to our home is sagging slightly given that it's a wider than usual door and rubs against the door when opening. I want this fixed so it opens and closes smoothly.

Need someone to put the door back on will need to take off one of the exterior aluminium frames prior as it won’t fit through. Square screw fitting required.
