Pictures attached showing the seals coming out as rain etc have gotten in and continued to worsen it. 2 windows need some redoing here and there but 1 of the 3 is fine still. Hi I purchased a Meross smart wifi garage door opener from Amazon. I need some help installing it. I have a 'Doorhan 1000PRO Black' which I have checked for compatibility and is fine.

Please anchor one bookcase and two tall shelves to the wall for child safety. I’m not sure what to buy for this so if you can bring your own tools that will be great.
