Two car residential garage with roller door. Need storage cabinets along side wall preferably with sliding doors.

I need a shower door removing. I was hoping to just unscrew the hinges but they appear to be pop rivets or similar not screws and I have struggled to get pins out.

We have an old outdoor umbrella that needs to be bolted into the outdoor deck. We're after someone who is an experienced builder and can help advise where the umbrella can be bolted down into the deck whilst maintaing the deck's structural integrity - and also install it.
