Window gap at the bottom of the door accessible without

There is a gap between the deal and window on my car at the bottom, the top is on the seal there is just a gap at the bottom needing fixed. There are three screws on the bottom of the door accessible without taking the door card off and I believe are torx 20 bits.

My window net is broken, however my window has a child lock. I would like the window net get fixed.

Looking for someone who is able to complete the following jobs for steel casement windows in a 1960s apartment unit: 1. Install roto winders for 3 windows. The winders have already been purchased and will be supplied. The old broken rails will need to be removed first 2. Seal/weatherstrip gaps for 5 windows - the windows currently leave big gaps on edges even when fully closed. The window shades have fallen and I’d like it fixed

I have an old double hung window where the top pane has slid down and become stuck and at some point possible painted over. From the outside this window is approx 3.5m off the ground (see photo, note that the AC unit is NOT in the way of a ladder). I need someone to get on a ladder and use a putty trowel/knife and a hammer to wedge between the sliding part and the frame and slowly worked their way around the edge. and then use a pry bar or some other instrument to slowly push up/down the window until it unsticks. I have successfully done this for the other stuck windows in the house but I'm not good with heights...

Have an issue with my window - it won't close properly unless I give it an extra push in the noted spots to tilt the window in order help the latch catch properly. Rollers themselves appear to be fine but I think might have worn down making the window sit lower on the left. The window can be removed but I haven't been able to get the rollers themselves out.
