Need a professional gyprocker to build a wall and relocate 2 doors in apartment.

Gyprock Alfresco brick walls 1st side plain brick wall: 2.8m width x 2.5m height 2nd side brick wall with 2 windows: 6m width x 2.7m height (window1 2.4m x 2m, window2 1.5m x 1m) Need to supply and install with wooden frames, gyprock fixing, plastering and sanding ready for painting (no painting required). About 7meters of simple wooden skirting to be supplied and installed near brick wall / concrete floor areas. Sending photos, need all window sides covered and finished as well. Will pay $1000 cash to cover for materials expense. - Due date: Flexible

Replace water damaged garage ceiling approx (3m x 2.5m) Water leak source has been fixed . Should include supply and replacement and finish without painting. I've removed a built in wardrobe and it's damaged the plasterboard and ceiling where it was glued. There's still a large piece attached to the wall so may need a whole new section of plasterboard if it can't we pulled off. Would also like the cornice repaired and skirting board too if possible.
