House painters didn’t clean up the glass properly when they did the job years ago. Task is to use a scraper (I can supply) to remove excess paint from glass. See photos for examples. Two story house, lots of windows but not all have paint mess to be cleaned up.

We need some help cleaning the higher windows in the back of our house. - 11 windows in total - Require cleaning inside and out of these higher windows only - Would like the window sills cleaned of cobwebs and insects as well (these have built up since summer) - There are electric blinds on these windows that make access a little bit restricted - Access to one side is a little challenging (from our courtyard onto neighbours' roof).
