Everything will be packed ready to go. Bulleen there are some steps out of the front door and in the Doncaster location mainly ground floor with the beds upstairs a small flight of stairs. Parking in Bulleen is of a main road and Doncaster you can drive right up to entry. I will only consider fixed price offers only.
