I’m looking for someone to cook/prepare breakfast for ~15 -20 people in the Yarra valley on the 16th of March. Hi, We are having a lunchtime wedding in Sassafras on the 3rd of November for about 120 people. Food trucks are providing the main meal. We would like to hire 2 staff to help with other things on the day from 11:30am to 6:30pm. Some of the things we would like you to do throughout the day: - Serving drinks at a kiosk window. This includes bottled drinks, wine, and also mixing up drinks (such as whisky and coke) - Serve tea and coffee (there will be an automatic coffee machine which will be easy to use but will require monitoring the level of milk) - Cleaning dishes (such as wine glasses, water glasses, mugs, and plates) - Tidying up around the venue. For example: collecting glasses, putting rubbish in bins, emptying and replacing bin bags - Occasionally checking if paper towels and toilet paper need restocking in the bathrooms - Cleaning/wiping down tables and the kiosk/kitchen We also have some other things that we’d like your help with at specific times: - Pouring glasses of champagne and passing them around for a toast at the end of our ceremony - Put out the charcuterie boards immediately after the ceremony ends - Put out the dessert platters during the speeches - Put leftovers from food trucks, charcuterie boards, and desserts away There may be additional tasks along these lines.
