We’re looking for an amateur videographer who enjoys filming and would be interested in capturing our wedding day. The filming would be from 3:00pm to 11:00pm on Saturday, 16 May 2026, at Rippon Lea Estate. We’ll provide a DJI Pocket 3 to film us, our guests, and the scenery. This does not need to be professional, and no editing is required. A female videographer who can communicate in English is preferred. Dinner (valued at $75) will be provided at the venue. If you have any sample videos or a small portfolio, that would be great—but as mentioned, we’re simply looking for something casual rather than professional.

Hello there! My partner and I are seeking an amazing person to help us in staying on top of our wedding preparations. Our wedding, with 65-80 guests expected, is set for November 25 on Tamborine Mountain in SE QLD, but our schedules have become unexpectedly busy. On top of that, my partner is currently recovering from knee surgery and she will be immobile for the next few weeks. As a result, we could definitely benefit from some extra help to ensure that everything runs smoothly leading up to our big day. While we have already made some progress with the planning and have a checklist, there is still quite a bit left to do. We are searching for someone who can assist us with tasks such as finalising vendor arrangements, coordinating with the venue, and managing the RSVPs. If you are highly organised, personable, and enthusiastic, we would be thrilled if you could give us a hand!
