We are looking to move larger household items fridge, 3 seater sofa, 2 washing machines, dryer, table, mixed chairs, mattresses from one house to the property right next door. No truck required. One house is 2 storey with tight access to the stairs, but only the fridge and mattresses are upstairs everything else is under the house in the garage and no stairs. The 2nd house has a few garden stairs, and a few stairs to the entrance but access is easy.
