Hi, my Sony Bravia KDL-46NX713 (46-inch) won’t turn on (no standby light). I’ve tested the wall socket and suspect the power cable or plug may be damaged (see photos). I'm looking for a qualified TV repair technician or licensed electrician experienced with TV power issues. I’m on a tight budget, so I’d like someone to check the cable first. Budget: $60 total, including call-out and diagnostic fees. Ideally, I’d like it repaired within this budget. I have a Samsung Frame TV to be mounted on the wall, I have the wall mount and I do have some masonry plugs and screws, I have attached a few small things to the wall at other places in the flat and found it was 15mm plasterboard ontop of brick, but I am not 100% sure of the wall type for this TV area, so would value someone with experience, stud finding equipment if necessary and screws/tools in case it is not as expected.
