No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: - Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. - Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief: - Attend the class - Submit an online report covering your experience before, during, and after the class, as well as the overall feel of the studio. Important Notes - The training video and knowledge check will take no more than 15 minutes. - Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. If there is no correspondence within 24 hours, you will be removed from the task. This opportunity is only for serious applicants. - If the task is cancelled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. PLEASE NOTE: Once you are assigned to the task, you will receive a welcome message containing the training video and knowledge check. ( This takes 15 min to complete) Upon completion, you will need to email the community team to confirm that you have finished the training. They will provide you with a confirmation email and report link for this task. From that point onward, all correspondence regarding the organization of your this task will be handled by the designated team. My 9yo daughter is going into grade 4. She is an avid reader of a wide range of fiction and non-fiction texts and her comprehension skills are excellent. (scored in the top 5% for ICAS English last year) However, her writing skills are not nearly as good. When she writes her work is unsophisticated and she seems not to think that English language conventions (Capital letters, correct spelling etc) are important. Her spelling is generally not good, but she mis-spells words that she theoretically knows when she is writing. I am looking for a tutor to spend 1 hour per week with her on an ongoing basis to work on her confidence and capability when writing. I don't expect a quick fix, but it would be good to end the year with real progress made. Some of the work the tutor does with her might be homework support, but more generally looking for you to take the lead on building her skills!
