I’m looking to get my backyard done with artificial grass. The area is approximately 12.4m × 3m (around 37m²) and currently has no grass. I’m looking for good-quality 40mm artificial turf. I’m not just looking for something that looks good in the photos — I want a proper quality turf that is dense, durable, UV resistant and will hold up well over the years, including with kids using the lawn. Please let me know what product you recommend and provide the brand/product details and warranty. What I need done: * Prepare, level and compact the existing ground properly * Supply and install good-quality 40mm artificial turf * Proper base preparation and drainage * Neat joins and edges * Install a narrow border around the lawn using rectangular travertine or limestone tiles * Preferably something reasonably priced * Around 200–300mm wide border rather than a large paved area * Install 8 ground lights in the border: * 2 at the front corners * 2 at the back corners * 2 along each side, evenly spaced * Warm white lights I have attached a reference picture of roughly how I would like it to look. I’m not necessarily looking for the cheapest quote. I want the job done properly with good-quality materials and a finish that will last. Our front yard is a 27m² area, with fresh top soil. I need the site to be levelled/prepared to then have you lay the turf. I will be getting the turf delivered during the latter half of the week. I also need a footpath installed from the front gate to the door. There is a gradual (and slight) decline from the door to the gate (roadside). I will supply the bluestone pavers but how we install them is up to you - either sand or cement, I am open to options. The pavers will then have gravel around them to finish the pathway.
