We recently had our house stumps replaced with concrete stumps and one has been put in too high so the floorboards are high in one spot. I don’t think the stumps are adjustable. I would like that stump and pad removed and replaced to the proper lower height. There is access to the subfloor. An in person inspection and quote might be necessary first. Thank you.
