A few items to be done in the apartment, in priority order below: *1. The rod in the wardrobe had broken, looks like may need a new rod to be installed. *2. The toilet seat is loose, could do with changing a new seat. 3. Laundry door is a bit sticky at the bottom it scrapes the floor, needs to be chiselled. 4. The strip of the mirror cupboard in the bathroom is deteriorating/peeling off. See photos. * If you can supply new rod and new toilet seat, the budget is $300. Thanks! - Due date: Needs to be done on either this Saturday 26th or Sunday, 27th Feb 2022.
Would give Minh a 6 stars if I could! Minh was so friendly and easy to work with. Very punctual and efficient with the work he does. On top of all, very impressed with his communication skills, he kept us updated with the timeline and milestone of the project along the way. Would definitely have him again for any work in the future!
