Need a quote to remove existing carpet on a 2 bedroom property in Melbourne CBD. Lift access. approx 32m2 (see floor plan). Please include removal, supply & install. I'd like vinyl (timber looking one) but i'm not sure if I have the budget for it. Otherwise carpet will do. Apartment is currently empty. Not fuss about carpet finishes, probably a dark charcoal colour. Give me quote for both - need to be done ideally in a week.

Very simple task - I have had my apartment floor ripped up. I am getting a new timber floor installed this week. Where the previous tile finish was, there is some residue of glue and things to the floor substrate. I need this cleaned on Tuesday to prepare for the new timber flooring. Around 7 SqM. Pick up floor protection rolls and tape from north Melbourne (paid), drive to apartment in cbd, I will meet you and guide entry to car park. Sweep floors (care not to dent walls just plastered), lay low adhesive tape around edge of apartment, lay floor protection sheets to floor, cut and stick to each other/the laid low adhesive tape. Floor plan attached (all areas accept bathroom). Care /time taken to do job properly please as this will protect floors for remainder of construction. - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 September 2022
