Needed to fix the tile of gas stove side. Please give me quotes

We are looking for an experienced tiler to tile our small front and back external landings, approximately 4m² total. The previous tiles have been removed and the existing surface underneath is timber. The previous tiles were laid directly onto the timber, but we would like the new tiles installed correctly with an appropriate underlay/substrate suitable for tiling over timber in an external area. The job includes: -Prepare the existing timber surfaces as required -Supply and install appropriate tile underlay/substrate over the timber -Install tiles to both the front and back landings -Cut tiles as required to fit the landing areas and edges -Supply suitable exterior tile adhesive Grout and finish the tiled areas -Supply any other standard installation materials required -Ensure the finished installation is suitable for an external area and appropriately handles movement/moisture We have already purchased and will supply the tiles. There will be tile cuts required, so you will need to bring the appropriate tile cutting equipment and all other tools required for the job. Total area is approximately 4m² across both landings. Please include in your offer what type of underlay/substrate you recommend for installation over the existing timber. Located in Zillmere.

Hi there, I am looking for an experienced tiler or handyman to fix around 4 floor tiles in my living room that have popped up / lifted slightly (please see attached photo). The tiles appear to be raised in the middle, I would like someone to: • Assess the cause • Remove and re-fix the affected tiles properly • Ensure the tiles are level, secure, and safe (I have a toddler at home) The tiles themselves are not broken. Wanting tiles and grout removed in preparation for floating timber flooring to be laid. Unit is currently furnished but can have space empty. Kitchen layout is slightly different, fridge section cupboard no longer there. UPDATE: The house plan shows the outline in red for the amount of flooring that needs to be removed, this is approx. 45m2 (this is going off the floor installation quote, my measurments say 38m2) of tiling to be removed.
