Usually, the first measure and create a clear guideline to ensure precise cutting. They may use a diamond blade tile cutter for natural stone surfaces, or a tile scorer for ceramic tiles. If the cut isn't clean, they can also smooth and wipe down the edges with a tile file or any other helpful tool.

If retiling isn't an option for you, you can always spruce up your old and grubby bathroom or kitchen spaces through regrouting. Your wall and floor tilers can cover the entire process–from old grout removal and reapplication to cleaning and doing finishing touches.
