After re-stumping our house the tiled shower has started leaking. The job entails:- * Remove tiles in seat area. * Re-apply waterproof membrane in seat area as required. * Apply sealant at seat/wall intersection. * Re-install tiles. I assume the job will take 8 hours over 2 days due to drying time between stages.(2 x 4 hrs) The property is a rental so you would have to work around the tenants availability to do the job.
