There is a 20mm step from living area to laundry. Wanting the floor to be flush. Wanting it to be level so the boards don’t buckle. Also want it to be waterproof I already have the boards. Just need the labour

I have an existing laundry with tiles. I want to replace with hybrid herringbone boards to match as close as possible to floorboards in the rest of my home

There are approx. 4 or 5 'drummy' tiles on the stairs that have a hollow sound when walked on. The tiles might have become attached from the adhesive and adhesive needs to be reapplied to these tiles.

Waterproofing done but our tiler has not shown up. Need 2.5x1.5m2 laundry area tiled immediately, grout tomorrow. Also hoping to do the toilet which is ~2x1. Floor tiles only, no skirting needed at this stage, tiles are large format 600x600. 1 trap door to work tile around. Tile on site. Must provide own saw/other tools. If tiler does not have grout I will source some.

I have a loose bathroom tile in the shower. Porcelain 1300x1300. Needs to be glued down firmly, sealed and grouted. Have had someone try to do this already but no success the tile has started moving again. Person installing shower screen broke one tile. I’ve been able to find a tile that matches close enough, but it’s just a fraction too big on both sides and may need to be grinded as the cut width is probably too thin.
