Ramsey has been great to work with. Great communication, on time and takes the time to answer questions. Ramsey is also accomodating enough to split the task over 2 days so that we have a bathroom to use while waiting for the grout and silicone to dry in the other bathrooms. On top of completing all the tasks that I've initially laid out, Ramsey had also applied silicone around 3 of our bathroom basin and has offered to fix one of our cracked tile in our front porch. Ramsey is genuine, pleasant and patient, so easy to work with. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends and enlist him for future jobs.

Terrible experience. Mo is unprofessional, leaves mess everywhere (carpets, handles, mirrors), and does not clean up. Regrouting was a scam — he smeared grout over old and left it unfinished. Demanded $120 cash outside Airtasker and became aggressive when I refused. Pressured me to release payment despite shocking work. Rude, dishonest and careless. Avoid this scammer.
