Description: Looking for an experienced tiler or handyman to repair and re-seal areas in my bathroom. During inspection, it was found that there’s moisture behind the existing shower grout, and some basin/sink edges are missing sealant, so both areas need attention to prevent further water damage. Scope of Work: • Inspect and confirm affected areas • Remove all old grout from the shower wall and/or floor tiles • Allow drying time to fix any moisture issues • Re-grout and seal the shower area with waterproof grout • Re-seal basin/sink edges with quality waterproof silicone • Clean and tidy up the area after completion Requirements: • Proven experience in bathroom re-grouting and sealing work • Able to provide written warranty (please confirm years of warranty in your offer) • Must bring own tools and materials • Provide photos of similar completed jobs if possible Location: Mooroolbark VIC 3138 Preferred Start: Within the next two weeks (flexible with date) Additional Info: Please inspect and provide a full quote for both shower re-grouting and basin re-sealing.
