The shower has been professionally inspected and the main issues identified are: * Deteriorated / missing grout on shower walls and floor * Mould-affected silicone and caulking * Water absorption through existing grout joints * Deteriorated seals around the shower screen * One slightly loose floor tile next to the drain, with moisture underneath * Existing shower screen is in good condition and does not need replacement Work required: * Remove deteriorated grout from shower floor and affected shower walls * Remove old mould-affected silicone / caulking * Clean and prepare grout joints * Apply mould treatment where required * Regrout shower floor and walls — epoxy grout preferred * Replace sanitary-grade silicone / caulking around corners and junctions * Reseal shower screen where required * Carefully remove the loose floor tile if necessary, dry and prepare the area underneath, and re-fix the tile securely If the loose tile is removed and any waterproofing/substrate problem is discovered, please advise us before carrying out additional work.
