There is a stain from roof leak which strata are addressing and will also said they will fix my ceiling but they haven’t yet and I need it to look acceptable to rent

Small hardwood deck requires sanding. Roughly 20sqm. Sanding only.

I have recently bought merbau laminated wood that requires treated. I wasn’t aware this was the case so the outer frame has been built (see attached) and the rest of the wood is undercover pending treatment. I just require it treated so it lasts. I would like to try keep existing colour but if it needs stained and this slightly changes then no big deal.
