30sqm deck with stairs needs a sand and stain. Inspections for quote welcome.

We’re moving out of a temporary rental in freshwater and have managed to cause two stains on the carpet that we’d love help removing properly (we’ve tried). One is from a spill of blue-coloured toilet cleaning product and the other is actually an accident that our dog had one day when he was unwell and someone accidentally forgot to leave the door open for him. This is a short-term rental so we’re not obliged to do a full carpet clean, but would love to at least not leave stains behind. Please see pics for reference (colour matching of stain and pens is accidental! 😆)

Hi, I need someone to help us clean the wooden fence we have prior to staining/treatment and also change one of the panels as it’s broken, then actually stain the fence with the oil we have have bought preferable giving it more than one coating. We have these provided: - 10L timber fence oil or stain - 400ml Walnut colour additive - 1L Deck and wood cleaner (intergrain) - 1 x Wagner spray paint machine (optional to use if you prefer brush) Looking to get it done soon!
