Steps Deep clean with teak/hardwood cleaner. Light sand (80 → 120 → 180 grit). Apply teak brightener to restore colour. Finish with a clear outdoor timber oil. Own sander / sanding paper required. I’ll provide teak / hardwood cleaner and timber oil.

This lid contains heat resistant bricks and metal strip to hold it. It opens up because the metal strip around the side has corroded and collapsed. The lid’s rim needs to be reinforced so it can hold its shape and remain securely in place.

Simple job: drill through my timber verandah beam (30 mm thick) and fit approximately 10 x M10 x 75 mm stainless eye bolts with washers and Nyloc nuts. I supply all the hardware and a one-page sheet with marked photos showing exactly where each bolt goes - one near each post, one mid-bay, all on a level line. You bring a drill, a sharp 10.5 mm bit, a spanner and a step ladder. Single-storey, flat paving, max height approx. 2.4 m.

a new raw wood (ash) door will be installed in laundry room on 10 June. The inside needs to be stained to match existing wood in room and the outside of the door needs to be primed and painted. Need an experience master painter who can match the stain.
