Looking for a tradesman to sand and stain our outdoor alfresco deck.

There is a stain from roof leak which strata are addressing and will also said they will fix my ceiling but they haven’t yet and I need it to look acceptable to rent

I need my kitchen cabinet carcass sanded (door are already done) and the entire kitchen cabinets and doors stained

Approx 17.5m2 decking requires sanding and oiling after my tenants move out in April.

I have recently bought merbau laminated wood that requires treated. I wasn’t aware this was the case so the outer frame has been built (see attached) and the rest of the wood is undercover pending treatment. I just require it treated so it lasts. I would like to try keep existing colour but if it needs stained and this slightly changes then no big deal. Not sure if it needs sanded and then treated, but looking for advice from qualified painter. Please quote including material supplies Cheers

Sand and seal jarrah table to remove surface water stains. Back of couch needs some love after being exposed to too much sun. I have the attached sanding paper and surface restore but would like more of an expert to touch this up.

Recent water leak through the roof caused water stains/molds to be formed on walls and carpets. Carpet is still damp due to the water and smells a little. Fine cracks have appeared on the ceiling. Need service for carpet cleaning and drying, walls and ceiling cleaning of stains and just repair of the fine cracks on ceiling. Area affected is relatively small which is just a portion of a studio bedroom but want the job to be professionally done. I will prefer one person who is able to do all the above tasks or at least all the cleaning tasks. Thank you and regards. Ace

I have just had an Ikea Stainless Steel kitchen (Varsta) installed for the client but there are several filler panels, scribes and skirting that that cabinet maker is unable to install as he doesnt have a saw that cuts stainless steel.
