We need our hallway sanded and stained. The floor area is 10.2 m x 1.3 m. The condition of the flooring is not too bad but it does have wear and tear. It currently has a honey coloured varnish on it which is starting to come off in certain places. We are looking for a light natural stain with a satin finish. We will need you to supply the equipment and materials.
