Sanding wooden pool deck ready for staining. Staining the wood

I need someone to sand and stain the deck. Certain areas that have been exposed to the sun and rain need sanding.

Deck hasn't been stained for 2 yrs. Want to stain it. I have the stain but not the equipment. Rough measurement is 4.5m wide and 3.5m deep. But also want stairs and small area out front door done. See pics

2 connecting decks , stairs and hand rails require slight sanding and new stain. Approx 25 square meters.

Looking for a handy person to stain existing external timber.. refer to picture for the area we need done. It's basically 2 sets of 4 posts and timber along top/bottom. Essentially the wooden beamwork to the front of our property. There is scope for additional work as we may potentially also need our front fence line, decking etc also done if the price is right.
