We are a casual but elevated bistro bar in Collingwood, serving up world class cocktails and delicious food. We need an extra pair of hands on Friday night, 5pm till late (likely till 1am closing time). This is potentially an ongoing gig if that’s what you after, otherwise ad hoc or one timer is good too. We have over 90 organic 5 stars reviews on Google even though we’re only one years old, and service is our priority. Looking for the right friendly, approachable person, ideally with a bit of beverage knowledge and experience, but not crucial. Rate is $28- $35/ hr based on experience. Hi, we are hosting a Party for approx 40 guests and need support with party food (heating and serving), all round cleaning and tidying whilst party in full swing, as well as checking if people need drinks during the night. Must be reliable and willing to help the party run smoothly on the night and most importantly be friendly and courteous Party kicks off at 4pm on Saturday 21st June, so need someone on site beginning at 3:45pm to familiarise yourself with the kitchen and set up. I need a bartender for a small birthday party, for 4 hours. Location is in prahran. $30 an hour. Will need to make easy cocktails from a small list of cocktails. Alcohol and tools will be provided.
