Placing table décor on reception tables (flowers, table runners, candles and turning them on, table numbers, name tags), setting up signage, and arranging a small candy bar, photo table. All décor items will be supplied and organised in tubs, with clear instructions provided on how everything should be placed. You will also need to collect the items from a vehicle which I plan to have parked at the venue. There will be around 10 plastic tubs to take upstairs to a rooftop venue. Ideally looking for someone with a good eye for styling and presentation to help ensure everything looks neat and well placed. You will also be required to pack all the items and take back down into the car. Setup would start around 3pm and packing up would start around 9pm while everyone is on the dance floor.

Having a family and friends birthday function with approx 35 adults and 6 kids and require 1 very capable, friendly and organized person to assist with arranging food, clean up, etc. Finger food is being catered for but just needs re-heating up in oven and arranging onto trays and table. Someone who is very well presented, motivated, friendly and works well on their own. Being a home party I don’t envisage much stress as everyone is friendly and accommodating but I would like whoever comes along to take initiative and do what needs doing without being asked all the time.
