I’m looking for someone to help set up the balloon decorations for my son’s first birthday in Wooloowin on Sunday 6 December. 🩵🐳 Everything will be supplied, balloons, balloon strips/tape, glue dots, streamers and all other materials needed. I’m just looking for someone experienced/confident with balloon garlands to come to our home and assemble/install everything on the day. The setup will include: * 1 x large balloon garland for the main birthday backdrop/entry feature * 1 x medium balloon garland over an arch * 1 x smaller balloon garland on the jumping castle * Staircase decorations with smaller balloon arrangements/clusters and blue & white streamers draped along the railing Reference photos showing exactly what I’m hoping to achieve. I’m not looking for a full event stylist or balloon package — all supplies and the design are already organised; I just need someone to assemble and install everything for me. For our small wedding (50 guests) we’ve asked that people bring flowers instead of gifts and these flowers will create the decorations for the ceremony and reception (all on our acreage property). I’m looking for someone with the ability to style the flowers that are brought by the guests into small table vases and centrepieces and aisle decorations just before the ceremony. The role involves greeting players, engaging with attendees, handing out promotional items, taking a few photos/videos throughout the day, and ensuring our sponsor activation runs smoothly. No sales experience is required—just a positive attitude, confidence speaking with people, and a professional presentation and make sure we are compliant with legal obligations to meet the criteria if there is a Hole In One.

Having a family and friends birthday function with approx 35 adults and 6 kids and require 1 very capable, friendly and organized person to assist with arranging food, clean up, etc. Finger food is being catered for but just needs re-heating up in oven and arranging onto trays and table. No need to serve unless feel the need to. Person I am looking for would have had experience with a function on their own. Someone who is very well presented, motivated, friendly and works well on their own. Being a home party I don’t envisage much stress as everyone is friendly and accommodating but I would like whoever comes along to take initiative and do what needs doing without being asked all the time. As the hostess I would like to be able to enjoy our party and friends without worrying about working in the kitchen and tidying up, etc. Party starts at 2pm so would like start to be around 1.30pm with a 4 hour window and may be extended to 6 hours if required.
