We’re expecting approximately 80 guests across the afternoon/evening, with around 50 people at any one time. Experience in catering, events, hospitality or grazing-table styling would be ideal. We are hosting a small birthday party (around 25 people) and would like someone to assistance keeping the space tidy throughout the event. The event starts 1pm and goes till 5pm. This task is for 2 hours, 3.30pm - 5.30pm. It is a casual event. Mains tasks are clearing the plates and glasses and putting loads through the dishwasher. The party ends at 5pm so assistance resetting the function room would also be helpful.

Having a family and friends birthday function with approx 35 adults and 6 kids and require 1 very capable, friendly and organized person to assist with arranging food, clean up, etc. Finger food is being catered for but just needs re-heating up in oven and arranging onto trays and table. No need to serve unless feel the need to. Person I am looking for would have had experience with a function on their own. Someone who is very well presented, motivated, friendly and works well on their own. Being a home party I don’t envisage much stress as everyone is friendly and accommodating but I would like whoever comes along to take initiative and do what needs doing without being asked all the time. As the hostess I would like to be able to enjoy our party and friends without worrying about working in the kitchen and tidying up, etc. Party starts at 2pm so would like start to be around 1.30pm with a 4 hour window and may be extended to 6 hours if required.
