We are looking for a talented and experienced florist to join our team in our warehouse during the week. We specialise in luxury wedding and event styling using premium artificial (real-touch) florals, creating elevated and bespoke designs for our couples. About the Role: Weekday warehouse-based position Some weekend work 10–15 hours per week Creating and assembling artificial floral arrangements Designing bridal table installations, statement pieces & centrepieces Maintaining and refreshing existing floral stock Assisting with floral prep for upcoming weddings Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs What We’re Looking For: Previous florist experience (essential) Strong eye for design, balance and colour Experience with event/wedding styling (highly regarded) Ability to work independently and efficiently Organised and proactive Available during weekdays This is a creative, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves wedding styling and wants to work behind the scenes bringing beautiful concepts to life. 📍 Based in Airport West\Broadmeadows We can’t wait to welcome the right creative to our team 🤍

We’re currently looking for 2–3 reliable and well-presented team members to join us as roaming venue staff at The Social Season Venue. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organised and loves being part of beautiful events. Responsibilities include: • Roaming the venue during events • Clearing and cleaning dishes and glassware • Assisting with basic waitressing duties • Supporting vendors when needed • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the space throughout the event • Helping ensure the day runs smoothly behind the scenes We are looking for people who: • Have a positive, can-do attitude • Take initiative without needing constant direction • Are confident working in a fast-paced environment • Present themselves professionally • Genuinely care about client experience Experience in hospitality or events is preferred but not essential for the right person.
