Job includes: Remove the spa and spa cover Disconnect/remove associated spa equipment Take spa and unwanted materials away Leave the area reasonably clean and clear You are welcome to keep the old spa equipment if useful to you, including the pump, heater, filter and other associated spa parts. Equipment is old and untested, so I can't guarantee that it works. The spa is above ground on a raised tiled area, as shown in the photos. Move a spa from a back yard to a trailer

Hi, I’m looking to have a spa removed from a property as soon as possible. The spa is only approximately **one year old and in full working condition**, but it is no longer required. We are looking to have it removed urgently as new tenants are moving into the property soon. **Access is the main issue:** there is no side access to the house, so the spa may need to be removed from the opposite side of the property. This may require temporarily removing a section of fencing. If it cannot be removed in one piece, we are happy for it to be **dismantled/cut into sections and removed**. We would prefer someone who can handle the complete job, including dismantling if required, removal from site and disposal. Please let me know your earliest availability and provide a quote. Spa that needs to be removed. Spa heating and some jets are working and we’ve been using it up until now. We replaced the pumps recently, but for some reason (installation issue?) they’ve never worked properly. Either remove whole and refurbish, which will require removing one section of balustrade and reinstalling (pictured). Access from then is easy. Or Dismantle / cut up without requiring the balustrade removal.
