I will not be available to help at the pickup location. The drop-off is an apartment building, it has a working lift but if the sofa does not fit in the lift then there are 3 flights of stairs. There is street parking in front of the building, but if that is unavailable then there is an alley 15m next to the building. I will be available at the drop-off location to help or coordinate if necessary.
