I’m on a tight timeframe for this as the delivery people are coming between 10-2 today so please only offer if you can come straight away. I have a koala Wanda sofa bed that I need to return and I’ve tried to dismantle it myself but I’m not strong enough. The sides and backs need to come off the main pieces and then everything needs to be wrapped in the plastic sheets they gave me, so the delivery team can take it away. You can check the Koala website to see the assembly video https://au.koala.com/products/wanda-sofa-bed There is no need to move the couch from the room, but you will need to turn it over etc to be able to try and remove the arms and backs.
